01How much does a delivery cost in Abidjan?
Standard delivery costs 1,300 F CFA or 2,000 F CFA depending on the destination commune. Express delivery is 2,200 F CFA, whatever the commune. For sellers, the courier's visit is free: you pay per parcel delivered, 1,000 F or 2,000 F depending on each parcel's destination zone.
02I'm a seller: how do I deliver to several customers at once?
That's exactly what our parcel pickup does: from 2 parcels, we collect all your orders in a single visit, then each parcel is delivered to its recipient. The pickup is free - you pay per parcel delivered (1,000 F or 2,000 F depending on the zone), and the total is confirmed after collection.
03When do I receive my money?
The same evening. Every evening you receive a summary of the day's deliveries, and the money from what was sold is transferred to you the same day via Wave. Our support team (05 01 24 91 91) handles the payments.
04What happens to my undelivered parcels?
They are returned to you free of charge, on the scheduled return day (Saturday). Need a parcel back sooner? You can pick it up at our office in Cocody, or send a courier at your own expense.
05Which days and at what times do you collect parcels?
We work Monday to Saturday. Pickups take place in the morning, between 7 am and 9 am - your orders of the day then go out for delivery.
06Do you deliver outside Abidjan?
Yes. Our intercity shipping serves inland cities from 3,500 F CFA depending on the destination. The price covers everything: collecting your parcel in Abidjan, intercity transport and hand-over to the recipient - you pay nothing else, neither at the station nor on arrival.
07How do I pay for my delivery?
By mobile money or in cash, as you prefer. The price announced when you order is final.
